Tom Andrew practices in the areas of litigation and employment law. His professional affiliations include memberships in the Minnesota State Bar Association, 11th District Bar Association (Member, Ethics Committee, 1976-1984; District Ethics Committee Member 2001 to present); and Certified Mediator, State Courts.

Tom has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota for over 30 years (Past President). His personal interests include biking, running, skiing, bow hunting and canoe wilderness fishing trips.
