
Aaron Bransky concentrates in estate planning, elder law, and medical assistance planning. He also practices in other areas including business, real estate, labor, employment, and debtor-creditor.
Before entering private practice in Duluth, Aaron was a law clerk for two Federal Judges, including Senior Circuit Judge Gerald W. Heaney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Aaron is married with two children and is active in various school and community activities, including the Lutheran Social Service Advisory Council, the Duluth Transit Authority Board, and the Arrowhead Astronomical Society.
Aaron’s professional affiliations include memberships in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the 11th District Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, and the Arrowhead Estate Planning Council.
